- MBMs. BriannaDec 31, 20251.0Today I went in to the post office in Natick, MA on 15 common st to mail a soft envelope to a friend. I went in with two other letters to mail out as well. She looked at me when she saw the soft envelope and blatantly said "What the heck is this?" ( This is my first time mailing a soft envelope) I said "excuse me?" She said "You're missing information, I can't send this out" Instead of telling me where I went wrong, or how to proceed correctly, she rudely just said she wouldn't send it out. I obviously got upset, and she took my other two envelopes, and she THREW THEM OVER HER SHOULDER into their mail cart. The disrespect in this place is over the top unprofessional and so rude! She told me to never come back. They also take forever to do the littlest things. I've had a couple rude encounters here but this was the worst. She shouldn't be in customer service if she can't great customers or even smile. She didn't even smile at me when I came to the counter.

The middle aged white man who then served me was curt and dismissive. I had a couple of questions, but I didn't hold the line up more than 4 minutes. Then he told me "Alright, I have other customers I need to tend to." ?! 4 minutes. 4 minutes and I get this kind of treatment. I know retail is stressful, but I just saw how he treated the man infront of me. And the reason I get treated like this is why?
