She took 3 steps to the door, tried to open it but was locked. The attendant just inside the door said they were closed. My wife held up her phone showing it wasn't yet 3pm, the closing time, and was again told they were closed.

And it's unfortunate this is the only UPS store in the area. But what happened today pushed me over the edge to never go back and write this review. I went to return an Amazon item and the first agent informed me that it had to be boxed or bagged, which I had overlooked... my fault. When I went back to my car, I just so happened to find a large ziplock bag. I was unsure if it was an acceptable bag, so I googled it and it said that it was. So I returned with the item in the ziplock bag, but got another agent instead. She printed the return label, and only afterwards informed me that I couldn't use a ziplock bag and proceeded to seal it in another plastic bag from the store. She then tried to charge me for the bag, which I told her I would just return with my own box or bag. She informed me that she had already printed the return label and didn't know how to cancel it, and urged me to just pay for the bag. I again told her that I would just get my own bag and come back later. She tore the bag open and was clearly upset that she had to figure out how to cancel the return label. And as I walked out of the store, she rudely muttered something under her breath. Not exactly the kind of customer service I would expect from any professional establishment.

I tried to do the self scan return, but the machine said I had to get assisance from an employee. The only employee in the store, which I think was the manager, was on a very loud three way call on his phone loudspeaker. He didn't bother to pause the call, he just put his phone on the counter and continued to talk to me and the phone at the same time. It was hard to tell if he was talking to me or the phone. I'm avoiding this location in the future.
