- KSKenneth SkertchlyOct 6, 20252.0I stopped by just to drop off an Amazon return. This was early in the morning, but the store was already mess, packages all over the floor. I tried to do the self scan return, but the machine said I had to get assisance from an employee. The only employee in the store, which I think was the manager, was on a very loud three way call on his phone loudspeaker. He didn't bother to pause the call, he just put his phone on the counter and continued to talk to me and the phone at the same time. It was hard to tell if he was talking to me or the phone. I'm avoiding this location in the future.
