- WBWill BlackJan 31, 20261.0If I could, I would provide 0 stars. Showed up on a saturday with my wife and toddler for walk in passport service and lady told us they don’t do passport walk ins on a Saturday. The sign out front said that they and the website said that they do. She was quite rude and unhelpful to the point that I did not appreciate the way she was speaking to me and the choice of words she used. I asked for a manager and his excuse for not being able to do walk ins on a saturday is they have to keep the line moving even with 2 people working the booth. My take on this is in any industry if you are short staff you help all people, no matter if it takes 2 mins or 20 mins. I would ‘t return to this place to even buy a stamp. I went to another post office from here and they were able to help.
