- BEBrianna EliberoFeb 24, 20265.0Not sure what everyone else is complaining about, but I haven't had any issues in years. When I did, the staff was very helpful and patient with me. They typically deliver my mail earlier in the day, which is nice too. Packages are always placed nicely on my porch or in the mailbox if they fit. Have been in the office several times lately to ship items, and the young woman at the counter is so friendly and helpful. I love them!

I have a p.o.box. and they jam it so full that the past few weeks, gifts that were stuffed in there ended up broken which were xmas gifts.. If something is in a bag or bubble envelope doesn't mean they are damage proof.., If they were over stuffed in the box, they probably would have survived.. Ssi that being said, I hope if a worker reads this they think twice of how they would feel if it were their things, that were broken because they over stuffed a skinny box... Happy New Year, and please think twice...

Recently had an exceptional experience with Monique when a package I was expecting had made it to this location but was somehow rerouted and was being sent back in the direction of the sender. Monique was extremely helpful, found the details of what happened, and took down my phone number. She explained it might be a few days to get it back. She called me 2 days later when she'd got the package back to their location to let me know she'd found it and it was now out for delivery. I honestly didn't expect to receive a call back, I thought she was just being polite. Really appreciated the exceptional customer service. Thank you Monique!!!
