- TTTainted Temptation3 days ago1.0PLEASE stop marking packages as delivered when they were NOT. ( For reference, IT WASN'T. My stuff doesn't go anywhere it could be "stolen" or that i could just SAY i didn't get. There is a paper trail and professional witnesses - I pay for my items to go to a BUSINESS that accepts n SCANS everything that comes in n gets held in a locked room until signed for) So many times I'm expecting multiple packages at the postal center thru usps n at least 1 gets "missed" but to make that worse, it then later gets marked as delivered even tho when I WENT BACK to the postal center a 2nd time for the missed package that is now saying it was delivered, postal center says that they were NOT, that usps didn't go back again so that's multiple trips in this freezing weather (with NO KNEE) I walked to pick up something that wasn't even there then I look like a liar calling amazon saying I didn't get these "delivered" packages so "need to wait" and have it investigated to get a replacement/refund and if it is just sitting in the truck or went back , today being Saturday I now need to wait even more days for what I needed when expected and yet again make another trip w no knee in this freezing cold when it does ACTUALLY get delivered. This happens TOO OFTEN. I had 1 of my 3 items delivered just after noon w 2 others that had gone out for delivery at same time just after 6ish this morning, those other 2 never delivered..I hung around and waited knowing this happens where they just miss stuff and SOMETIMES return back with it but it was almost closing at the postal center so went home thinking they weren't coming back. I then get notified at almost 430 those 2 packages scanned as delivered at 412 pm. Also showed as delivered on Amazon soooo WENT BACK OUT to the postal center where they informed me that there was nothing there for me and that USPS had not returned. So what happened? Postal Center and usps now closed until Monday, I have packages that got marked as delivered HOURS after usps was actually there and NO PACKAGES. Are they just going to sit in the truck now for several days, did it just get brought back to the office... for several more days? WHY scan it as delivered at end of closing day when nowhere even near the location it was supposedly delivered at? I'm out my packages i paid for. Out the money I used. Got nothing but multiple trips in freezing cold weather with one knee needing to be replaced since it has no cartilage abs is just bone on bone. And this isn't the first time. This happens too often. And I REALLY needed those 2 items YESTERDAY. I understand things get missed, that's why I initially didn't make a fuss n waited to see if they'd return n when I realized they weren't i went back home figuring now I gotta wait till Monday but understood. But then it's MARKED AS DELIVERED when they weren't even there so I went running back out for it when whoever did this knew full well they were prob just getting back to the office and ready to go home when they noticed it. That's NOT COOL. I also think that would be illegal, no? Scanning MAIL as delivered at a location they're nowhere even near? Isn't that fraudulent? Isn't messing with mail illegal? This was A blatant false delivery. A lie.
