Even though I had a prepaid shipping labeled and was just dropping off my package, Joe looked over my package to make sure it would ship as quickly as possible. There is 15 minute parking in front of the store, which is very convenient.

He understandably said he needed to see the rest of the document to sign. I brought it up on my phone and he still refused saying he needed to see it on paper. Absurd. I returned with the full document and the next worker turned it around. He was apologetic and personable and offered that had he known, he'd have printed it for me instead of sending me home to print it.

I must admit after reading the first review I was very hesitant because of the prom that they individual had with their two iPhones so I was determined to get a receipt from them. My wife and I went in on the Sunday morning, November 23rd and the young lady that took our returns was so kind and respectful to us. We were having trouble through the email to bring up the QR scan so she said use the Amazon app it’s a lot easier. She scanned all three items in and she says to us I’m going to give you a receipt for each one and I will stay on together so you don’t get misplaced and you will know that you wasn’t got them returned if any questions come up for me, Amazon. This young lady was very, very kind. She went above and beyond. She also was a person you could see who liked to smile. She also cared about what she was doing, and you could see that in her. The two of us were very impressed with her because she was so helpful. She went above and beyond as far as we are concerned, we would recommend this store with no issues, especially if it’s her again she’s a real nice kid.
