I must admit after reading the first review I was very hesitant because of the prom that they individual had with their two iPhones so I was determined to get a receipt from them. My wife and I went in on the Sunday morning, November 23rd and the young lady that took our returns was so kind and respectful to us. We were having trouble through the email to bring up the QR scan so she said use the Amazon app it’s a lot easier. She scanned all three items in and she says to us I’m going to give you a receipt for each one and I will stay on together so you don’t get misplaced and you will know that you wasn’t got them returned if any questions come up for me, Amazon. This young lady was very, very kind. She went above and beyond. She also was a person you could see who liked to smile. She also cared about what she was doing, and you could see that in her. The two of us were very impressed with her because she was so helpful. She went above and beyond as far as we are concerned, we would recommend this store with no issues, especially if it’s her again she’s a real nice kid.

Also, super helpful, thoughtful, knowledgeable person (Amanda) gave me great advice on best way to manage returns to ensure proper refund, even if it actually took her more time to process them, and her patience and kindness made my day, and she even set my sunglasses aside when I left them at the store, and held them up for me as I walked back in so I could grab them and get right back to my busy day! What a breath of fresh air!
