- CWChris WrightAug 27, 20255.0I have visited this post office several times in the last few weeks and have had nothing short of outstanding service. The staff all are extremely timely, courteous, and helpful. There is rarely a line and if there is, there are 2 associates helping up front. The attitude of the staff is positive, kind, but also professional and helpful. All the staff I have interacted with are kind, but Alicia especially has been amazing. I have a somewhat complex and time consuming transaction and she doesn’t skip a beat with it. She embodies what every employee should strive for and I would go out of my way to visit this location as unfortunately I have not had this same experience at all locations, it varies wildly. 5 shining stars to Alicia and this location!
- DADeena “Mikie” AlibertiDec 4, 20234.0I gave a 4 star rating because I've always had very good customer service at the Middleton Post Office, but today I was so annoyed and felt compelled to air my grievance. I called their phone number not once, not twice, but 3 times this morning. It range 11 times then straight to a busy signal. NO ONE would answer the phone! I had a very quick, simple question. All I wanted was my carrier's name so I could put it on her Christmas card. The greeting says to stay on the line for the next available representative. I ended up having to drive to the post office just to get my question answered. The woman behind the counter first said they were too busy to answer the phone this morning, then told me that she didn't even think the ringer was on because the phone hadn't rung all day. Seriously????? I too work in a busy office, but would never, ever not answer the phone. To shut the ringer off so they don't have to is not just bad customer service, it's downright rude!

- ENEric NealMar 10, 20144.0Just thought I'd post this here, as it can be hard to find - Hours of Operation: Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm Sat 8:30am-12:00pm Sun closed. What I like, since I have a box in the lobby, is the lobby opens much earlier than the post office as a whole. I can use my key and go to my mail box in the lobby at 5am! That really helps things. I wouldn't say there's anything remarkable about the post office or the service, but nothing bad either. They're always friendly and courteous and I've never spoke to anyone on a bad day or see anyone go postal... forgive the pun. They're an all around good post office. On second thought, the fact that the staff is always polite and courteous may be remarkable in itself!
