- CWChris WrightAug 27, 20255.0I have visited this post office several times in the last few weeks and have had nothing short of outstanding service. The staff all are extremely timely, courteous, and helpful. There is rarely a line and if there is, there are 2 associates helping up front. The attitude of the staff is positive, kind, but also professional and helpful. All the staff I have interacted with are kind, but Alicia especially has been amazing. I have a somewhat complex and time consuming transaction and she doesn’t skip a beat with it. She embodies what every employee should strive for and I would go out of my way to visit this location as unfortunately I have not had this same experience at all locations, it varies wildly. 5 shining stars to Alicia and this location!
- DADeena “Mikie” AlibertiDec 4, 20234.0I gave a 4 star rating because I've always had very good customer service at the Middleton Post Office, but today I was so annoyed and felt compelled to air my grievance. I called their phone number not once, not twice, but 3 times this morning. It range 11 times then straight to a busy signal. NO ONE would answer the phone! I had a very quick, simple question. All I wanted was my carrier's name so I could put it on her Christmas card. The greeting says to stay on the line for the next available representative. I ended up having to drive to the post office just to get my question answered. The woman behind the counter first said they were too busy to answer the phone this morning, then told me that she didn't even think the ringer was on because the phone hadn't rung all day. Seriously????? I too work in a busy office, but would never, ever not answer the phone. To shut the ringer off so they don't have to is not just bad customer service, it's downright rude!
- MMMelissaMay 9, 20221.0The guy Joe who works here is very rude every time I have to deal with him. He likes to argue and definitely doesn’t like to let women talk at all. I have zero problems with anyone else here. Also want to add that many times I get mail that belongs to another address and whoever delivers the mail doesn’t even bother to check the mailbox when the flag is up. They just drive straight past it! Do better Middleton PO. If the drivers aren’t competent enough to read numbers/names or even look at a flag on a mailbox, then they need to quit or get fired!!!
