I arrived a bit early to my passport appointment, there was no one in the post office at the moment and maybe 2 ppl had come in the next 15min. But the officer told me to wait for my time so ppl don’t wait in line! Ridiculous

Dropped off a package on a Tuesday afternoon. There was no one in line. One window was open. The friendly USPS associate greeted me and took care of my package in under a minute. Thank you!
