This post office has the worst customer service ever. If I could give the review zero stars I would. The people that work behind the counter are slower than molasses. There is only one person that works behind the counter when there is a line of 5-6 people at a time.

Rude, and slow service. A trip to the post office shouldn’t be the world’s greatest adventure but it definitely shouldn’t be dreadful either. Felt like I’ve never had a satisfying trip to this one in Medford.

Staff member was really rude and pushed me into a panic attack. Asked if I could have the label printed out and she acted like I was being a ridiculous child and said there was no way to print it but I've been able to have labels emailed and printed before at the USPS store. Service was also incredibly slow as there was only one person working at the front but I could hear other people in the back.

Useless place of business it makes me want to vote republican. They really don’t like it when you fight their rudeness with rudeness either.
The worst part is when I asked to speak to a supervisor because the employee was not helping they did not get one. They just continued to lecture me on what I did that was wrong.
Complete lack of empathy from their employees. No desire to help others

As others mentioned, this USPS location is extremely slow and rude. The only plus side is that they open for 30 minutes longer when others close at 5 p.m. This angry woman Martine that always works at the desk is the worst! She will tell you to wait when she wants to take time to look on her phone while working (is that even allowed?), she obviously hates her job but can't get a better one. I never see her smiled at anyone, always had this attitude face. When it's 5 minutes away from closing, she creams " the door!" to her coworker like if they don't close it, zombies will come in and eat her. I try to avoid going into this post office if I can make to any other ones before they close at 5 p.m. Nobody wants to see an angry sloth working at the desk.
