If I could give this USPS office 0 stars, I would. I have never had issues with other offices in Somerville but somehow, this office consistently has the rudest staff working the front (and sometimes no staff at all because it almost always empty?)
Their staff just look like they just don’t want to be there and treat every client with some sort of attitude that comes out of nowhere with no willingness to help, they just hate their job so much I guess? The front lady has been especially rude every single time I am there. I went to drop off my package since it was unfortunately the closest office, I asked a simple question and she rudely laughed at me like I was dumb. Perhaps get a new job if you hate it here so much? That’s just me… But also - they mishandle the packages and act like they can’t understand you. Please keep your packages safe and never go to this one!

Been there during operating hours 3 times and they were always closed. The times I have been their computers have been down and they can’t process anything.

This post office is temporarily closed for a reason. They don’t actually work. No—honestly, it would be better if they simply didn’t work at all. Instead, you can experience a service that’s even more dreadful than doing nothing. Avoiding this post office is the very least you can do to keep your package safe.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Worst post office I have ever been too. Was half and hour late from hours on the door. Lady was incompetent and couldn’t understand my request for 4 stamps. She was rude and incredibly slow. USPS sort this out for the sake of the locals and TUFTS students.
