They don’t have their lunch break posted on their website, you have to go in person to see a printed sign. Also, our address didn’t exist in the system. This branch said that their supervisor doesn’t have an email, but when I went to the main Medford branch to talk to them, I was informed I could have emailed the supervisor and sent the forms online. So inefficient

Totally agree with everyone who mentioned having to talk to an old man at the counter. He was extremely rude and didn't even help or provide any information.

If you see an old white man working there don’t bother. He is rude, unhelpful, and racist. Nobody should ever dread going to their local post office. USPS needs to raise their standards when it comes to hiring post office workers.

The old guy is super rude and abrasive. He also tried to make me pay for packaging before I could even see if it was the right size. He snatched the package and threw the receipt. Absolutely horrible attitude.
