    Drove 20 mins after I called to get a notary signature. Told me wait until after 2 pm, I did and they told me notary guy is not around and dont know when they will be back Do not waste your time with this business

    Higher rating for visibility. Nothing against the employees but against the owners of the UPS Store (since they are franchise). They charge you $2 just to tape it, not for an actual tape just for the tape. There is a CVS next door you can get an entire tape roll for about $5 (heavy duty). But other than that, as long as you have the label, you are good to go.

    This place is running a scam. Their scanner wasn’t working, they said my QR code was expired even though I generated it that morning. I generated a new QR code for them while I was standing in the store, which still didn’t work on their scanner. They suggested I go to another UPS store with a working scanner, when I asked if it was an option for them to just print the physical label for me they said yes. When we finally got everything done I turned to leave and then they asked me to pay two dollars for the printed label that they had to do even though it was their fault! I will never be back to this UPS store. I would rather drive 10 minutes to the next closest one then have to deal with these people again.
