- MGMelissa GrahamFeb 13, 20265.0My husband ordered a package that was time-sensitive for an upcoming vacation. The item were delayed in transit and I checked in at the Maynard Post Office. The workers were incredibly helpful and kind. They could only give me an estimate of arrival but were sympathetic to our situation. When the package arrived at the post office in the morning a few days later, a manager DROVE the package to my home so we would have the delivery in time! It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. We are so appreciate of their hard work and willingness to serve their customers and community. Bravo.

They're always so nice + have been incredibly helpful with any questions I have. Sometimes the lines back up, but those waiting are kind when waiting in line, which isn't always the case at post offices. It would be nice if they could add the self service ship station but otherwise I always enjoy going here!
