I had a package to be delivered and they said my Apt number is invalid it is not invalid not only that as soon as I saw the problem I called first thing in the am and they stated they would let the carrier know to leave at my home or return it to the post office to be picked up. Time sensitive item and neither was done. I was told I could pick it up between 4:30-5pm so I left work and drove to the post office only be told they sent it back to the carrier.

I moved to Marlborough in April, and since then, I have not received any of my mail at my new address. The mailbox is in the same location it has been for the past five years, and mail was delivered consistently — even during house construction. The property owner is a well-known landlord in the neighborhood, with other homes in the area that continue to receive mail without issue. For context, the house is not a multi-family residence. It is a townhouse with a private, separate entrance, clearly numbered and with a mailbox that is visible and accessible. Unfortunately, the regular mail carrier, Bob, has a history of complaints from other residents, yet no disciplinary action has been taken. According to conversations I've had with substitute carriers and other community members, Bob is known for problematic behavior. I was informed that the local postmaster and supervisor have overlooked these complaints — allegedly because Bob is close to retirement and they do not want to “get him in trouble.” As a practicing ICU and ER nurse and a licensed Nurse Practitioner, it is essential that I receive mail — especially documents related to my professional licenses. However, once Bob realized that immigrants had moved into this address, he stopped delivering mail entirely. He, the supervisor, and the postmaster now claim the location is “too dangerous” for delivery. This is completely unfounded. I have multiple surveillance videos of Bob driving onto the property, turning around behind the house, and even walking calmly up to the mailbox — all without any visible concern for his safety. Worse, I have video evidence of Bob walking empty-handed to my mailbox, opening it, looking inside, and walking away without delivering anything. On another occasion, I caught him on video admitting that he had come to the mailbox to retrieve any mail that may have been delivered by a substitute carrier while he was on vacation — because I "was not supposed to receive" it. This behavior raises serious concerns about mail tampering and targeted harassment. I had previously informed both the supervisor and the postmaster that if Bob was unwilling to deliver my mail, he should not be entering the property at all — not even to make U-turns. They told me he would be spoken to, but nothing has changed. Bob continues to act with impunity, using his position and uniform to justify actions that are both inappropriate and unprofessional. When I visited the post office to inquire about my mail, I was told that there was none — because all of it was being returned to sender, solely because they want the mailbox moved. Yet the very next day, a substitute carrier delivered mail to that exact location without issue. This proves that Bob and his supervisors are intentionally obstructing delivery based on personal bias rather than safety concerns or USPS policy. This entire situation appears to be targeted, discriminatory, and retaliatory. The withholding of mail, false reporting, and tampering with a mailbox are serious offenses. I urge the USPS Office of Inspector General to open an investigation into the conduct of Bob, the supervisor, and the postmaster.
