- DHDeanna HarnerDec 26, 20251.0I went in to mail packages and the man did not smile, gave one word answers and told me I had to hand write labels on all the boxes. I left and went to another location, and had a completely different experience, bonus… they printed the labels for me! I understand working for govt can be frustrating, but if you choose to stay working for them, do your job, do it with courtesy and respect…and add a smile to make your day go better.

I see from another review that this employee, Sarah (Botox, filler, bleached blonde hair), has been rude to others as well. Note my last name is Spanish and the other review was from a person of color.

I was waiting in line and for every customer that went before me, they were greeted with a good morning and a smile, and were helped effortlessly by the time it’s my turn and I approached the employee. They don’t make eye contact with me and they ignore my good morning and greetings. I asked for a passport application and at first they said they didn’t have any and when I asked if they could check again, they said they Found some and Handed it over to me with attitude. Then when I had requested for a second application because I was getting them for both of my grandparents who are in the car waiting they said they didn’t have any anymore when I just saw The employee put more on top of her desk. As I walked away and said “thank you” “have a good day”. They continued to avoid eye contact and Stay silent. I’ve lived her my entire life and have never felt more vulnerable.
