I see from another review that this employee, Sarah (Botox, filler, bleached blonde hair), has been rude to others as well. Note my last name is Spanish and the other review was from a person of color.

I was waiting in line and for every customer that went before me, they were greeted with a good morning and a smile, and were helped effortlessly by the time it’s my turn and I approached the employee. They don’t make eye contact with me and they ignore my good morning and greetings. I asked for a passport application and at first they said they didn’t have any and when I asked if they could check again, they said they Found some and Handed it over to me with attitude. Then when I had requested for a second application because I was getting them for both of my grandparents who are in the car waiting they said they didn’t have any anymore when I just saw The employee put more on top of her desk. As I walked away and said “thank you” “have a good day”. They continued to avoid eye contact and Stay silent. I’ve lived her my entire life and have never felt more vulnerable. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work, and we genuinely appreciate his consistency and kindness.
