Jake escalated and was extremely inappropriate when all I was trying to do was box a large item To ship the other gentleman told me to go get the item after I came in without it first to show photos and figure out how to Properly box it up . He was screaming yelling not taking care of customers while I was quietly in the corner waiting. Absolutely Horrendous behavior another gentlemen has to step in to get Jake To stop screaming at me in front of a store full of customers

I called, they remembered me. We came over, they were so very helpful with ensuring our packages would get to me safely. They really made me feel as though we were a priority. Both are packages were shown to have great care and I suspect that a lot of that had to do with the two employees there on the 22nd of October. I would recommend them to anyone.
