I called the post office and spoke to a man on the phone. I explained I was disabled and had tried to catch the postal worker. He was so kind,found my parcel and brought it to my house. So above and beyond. We have lived in Mansfield, Ma. For over a year and love it. This just adds to the love for our town. Ty again to the Postal worker. !!!!!!!

It’s disappointing to see how customer service, accountability, and professionalism have completely gone out the window. I would not recommend this USPS location.

Tried to use the FedEx/Walgreens nearby and they were having maintenance issues so I walked to this USPS to ship a package and was met with nothing but a bad attitude. I didn’t have the package ready for USPS since I was planning on a printed FedEx label (it was, however, fully packed in a box and taped, just not labeled) and I guess I ruined this employees life. First time I’ve ever walked out of a USPS without shipping a package as planned.
