My daughter unfortunately started crying during the process, not only were they all mocking me and my daughter because she was fussy but I was also told from a certain “Mike” to take get her out because she was being fussy, so i did for a few minutes. While outside to calm her down, this “mike” comes out of his desk to me telling me has to go to lunch and that I’ll gave to restart the entire process. So i went back in and asked him if he’s really serious, then this mean looking worker called “Brianna” tells me to watch my attitude if I want to get my daughter’s passport done because she can kick me out. I didn’t know that it was up to this Brianna to give my girl her rightful passport. Moral of the story : Stay away from USPS @ 109 mountain ave in Malden, and if you ever have to go to that specific location, i would recommend you staying away from a name tag that says Brianna.
- ADAriana DiasJul 25, 20251.0i went there to renew my passport and i was asking questions and a women called clauda was very rude and passive aggressive with me. she said "thats why i dont deal with teenagers" but there was another guy there that was very nice and explained the situation that i asked about. it wasnt hard for her to do the same. if you dont have patience with people dont work in customer service. i work in customer service and i would never treat my customers like that.
