- CCCarlos Cardona6 days ago1.0Terrible experience. I recently got a few months ago. We have new postman on my route since then. It has been crazy not putting the mail in the wrong areas mixing the mail so I order the package on February 21st. It was supposed to arrive on the 24th. Now we have snow delay which I thought okay. Maybe got delayed. I went to the office and they regret to inform me they went to another home.on there gps It was sent to the wrong address. Very frustrated. This was a once in a lifetime item that will not get back. Very frustrated with them they need to properly train their staff and make sure they are double checking their mail before they send anything out to the wrong address. I've seen this mailman before. Always has his headphones on never checks. The mail just dumped it And now I have to go to the stupid process of filing a claim which takes months unacceptable
