Last week I was very sick and stayed permanently at home. So on February 15 I suddenly discovered that they changed the tracking status for “no authorized person at home”, but I was at home and mostly near the front door, they didn’t even try to knock the door! Ok, I ordered redelivery, and first everything seemed to be ok, but next day no one delivered my parcel. I called the Ludlow post office directly, but they didn’t even try to listen to me and hang up. I called the customer service then and they only told me that they couldn’t help me and that I had to pick my package up at the post office. But hello people!! I AM SICK!! And there was my medicine in that package! Just such a mess, terrible service, no one cares…

One time the clerk even gave me a bottled water because I was walking and he could clearly see I wasn’t feeling well. He told me to sit down and take as much time as I needed to feel better. So THANKS AGAIN!
