I dropped the small blue package in the regular cart without scanning on 11/12 in the morning because I saw people were waiting behind me and I decided to just drop it off there because I thought I could help them moving faster. But I got a result with the box unscanned. And they only check the tracking number and they sent me to check with another post office and they just only tell me to wait. Totally lost my package 2nd times.
