- LLLROct 20, 20251.0This post office is like the registry of motor vehicles- and I don’t mean that in a good way! No one was at the counter— I rang the bell 3 times and finally a woman came out, turned to glance at me, no smile- just a look hard as nails— guess I was disturbing her break or something. She took her time moving towards the counter to help me. What an unpleasant person! She needs lessons in customer service skills — maybe she should learn from Ralph at the Agawam post office. He knows how to treat others, is always pleasant and helpful. This woman needs a job behind a desk where she doesn’t have to interact with the public. She just doesn’t get it. There’s another woman like her at the East Longmeadow post office. Maybe they’re related!

- ZKZack KlineJul 28, 20232.0Honestly, this place could just shut down and merge with the E Longmeadow branch which is only 5 mins away. If you just need to mail something, this place works. Most additional services won’t happen here, including mail hold pick up (was told they don’t have carriers and then directed me to EL even though nowhere is there mention of this). Employees are helpful and nice, but again, merging the two since everything runs through EL seems like a more logical use of resources.

I wish they were this nice in my town. Highly recommend coming here for all of your postal needs. Love shipping packages from here. They’re just so helpful!
