- LLLROct 20, 20251.0This post office is like the registry of motor vehicles- and I don’t mean that in a good way! No one was at the counter— I rang the bell 3 times and finally a woman came out, turned to glance at me, no smile- just a look hard as nails— guess I was disturbing her break or something. She took her time moving towards the counter to help me. What an unpleasant person! She needs lessons in customer service skills — maybe she should learn from Ralph at the Agawam post office. He knows how to treat others, is always pleasant and helpful. This woman needs a job behind a desk where she doesn’t have to interact with the public. She just doesn’t get it. There’s another woman like her at the East Longmeadow post office. Maybe they’re related!

Each and every employee from Christine( now retired), Jose, Maria, Destiny, Alex and others have always been extremely cordial and helpful. This includes their ability to assist in mailing locally, nationally and internationally. Always quick efficient and professional to make sure my items are mailed properly. Many customers who I have seen that seem in a rush or short on time are always helped with an explanation of what to expect on delivery times. Every staff member is top notch in my book.
