  I never did returns, I never knew how! The UPS store was so helpful with everything (took pity on me)! Now sending or returning (and pick-up) it is my Go To place and I'm a pro.

  I come to this location all the time and I find the staff here very helpful and accommodating. It’s not unusual for me to come with a lot of packages and they are very patient

  I have been a customer for over 20 years. Jessie and her employees are ALWAYS pleasant, helpful, and have even helped me with some tech issues! Best wishes to Jessie and her staff--Longmeadow is lucky to have them!

  The two women in the front were rude and entitled beyond belief. I understand not being able to do something because of policies however i could have done without the snide remarks and the insinuation my husband is not my husband because our last names aren’t the same. Furthermore when going to the store a second time that day there was an elderly lady before us trying to get something notarized but was unable to because of her own circumstances. She was very clearly upset but stated more then once she knew it wasn’t the employees fault, the employees spoke to her incredibly rudely and lacked any empathy. The elderly lady left the store and we exited shortly after, we weren’t even completely out the door before the two employees were making fun of the elderly lady and mocking her crying. Absolutely disgusting
