I understand not being able to do something because of policies however i could have done without the snide remarks and the insinuation my husband is not my husband because our last names aren’t the same. Furthermore when going to the store a second time that day there was an elderly lady before us trying to get something notarized but was unable to because of her own circumstances. She was very clearly upset but stated more then once she knew it wasn’t the employees fault, the employees spoke to her incredibly rudely and lacked any empathy. The elderly lady left the store and we exited shortly after, we weren’t even completely out the door before the two employees were making fun of the elderly lady and mocking her crying. Absolutely disgusting
