- BBBeccaNov 13, 20251.0Woman with the short hair is abusive and nasty. Her coworkers reported her poor behavior and she has been downright rude and insulting to me. Today she expressed irritation that I (and everyone else) don’t pay attention to who delivers our packages when we receive them. She clearly has a mental illness but this behavior needs to be addressed or she needs to be placed in a non customer facing role. She also refused to touch my package until I moved it to her side of the desk and she was nowhere to be found for several minutes after I rang the service bell. She needs to be addressed by corporate.

Memo needs to go out to all their employees letting them know that public filming and photographic is perfectly legal. Poster 7, your own policy, says filming and photographic is allow in public accessible areas and your own employees don't even know it. Public workers with attitudes. Giver up your rights so they will serve you.

I went in Tuesday and had helpful, friendly service, went in Thursday of the same week and had incredibly unhelpful, incompetent service. I could physically see the envelope I needed and the representative said they didn't have any.
