  I have been live in Lexington more than. 10 years. Just had my worst experience with our post office. I don’t expect much service, but this young man who worked at counter this morning. He shouldn’t work in the front desk, he was very rude . For the past years , I never had any issues with post office service. Please remove him from the front desk. All I said first was “ good morning “ to him. He was super mad the whole time to me.

  They deserve MINUS stars. Last year, they tampered with a retailer package, cutting a big square hole to look inside (I only had cheap $5 makeup brushes in there so nothing worth stealing) and now this year, this post office has the distinct honor of being the first carrier ever to steal from me. I have NEVER had theft by a carrier of any retail package in my entire long life despite being a mega online shopper because the retailers that I shop at typically only use usps extremely rarely with the exception of amazon. Someone who works inside this Lexington post office keeps stealing anything related to women’s skincare and makeup. All of my bath and Bodyworks coupons always go missing and now I received an opened empty unsealed white bag missing my sunscreen. Someone loves to steal cosmetics who works in this office. At first I thought they used a box cutter to cut the bag open but turns out, someone in this office spent quite the effort to pull back the sticky flap and move it up folding it in perfectly! Just like the perfect square hole that they cut into my beauty box from last year. I never order any expensive perfume or cosmetics worth stealing but today I learned that a tinted woman’s sunscreen is worth stealing. Very shameless to knowingly deliver a completely opened empty bag. I’m an honest person who has never stolen from anyone in my entire life and who works incredibly hard for my money. It’s devastating to be stolen from. The chronic fear that I have about this unscrupulous immoral post office that will steal goods paid for by someone else’s hard earned money. Someone working inside of the Lexington post office who covets women’s cosmetics and is a thief with no conscience!

  Very conveniently located on Massachusetts Avenue in the heart of downtown Lexington. The building is open 24 hours a day, thus dropping off outgoing mail at any hour of the day or night is very easy.

  Extremely rude young man working the front counter today. The little dictator scolded me for not following the "line". The lobby was empty. No other customers. This employee needs some more training.
