- RCRobert CohenFeb 17, 20265.0Very conveniently located on Massachusetts Avenue in the heart of downtown Lexington. The building is open 24 hours a day, thus dropping off outgoing mail at any hour of the day or night is very easy.

- MMMJan 28, 20261.0I visited this location today and had a really frustrating interaction with the clerk that looks like Buzz from the movie Home Alone. I asked a simple question, and instead of a helpful response, the employee turned it into an argument, repeatedly interrupting me before I could finish asking my follow-up questions. It was unnecessary, and honestly, a waste of time. I ended up going to a different location that was far more accommodating and helpful. It was only a certified letter I had a question about, and I was going to buy stamps. A basic process should never be this difficult. I’ll never return to this store again. I’d rather drive an extra 30 minutes to avoid dealing with that kind of service.
