- LSLaurie StevensonDec 17, 20252.0Id love it if the leomisnter post office fixed the lobby hours and be honest about when the door locks. There is a package drop off inside and I drive there and its ALWAYS locked everyday of the week the wrong hours are listed online for the lobby. Please fix or open back up 24 hours for the holidays. Its awful of you dont have a car and walk in 10⁰ temps 3.8 miles there and 3.8 back just to get absolutely nothing accomplished. Its wrecking my health.

- MPMya PNov 18, 20251.0I just called to get help with my package stuck in transit, they put me on the line with a guy and he said “im gonna need a tracking number” I said okay and i asked if he was ready for it and he said “one second just let me get on my computer” and after a few seconds he just hung up. not great with help at all. also to mention the fact my package has been in transit since the 11th i think they need to work on that, is USPS walking my package or what? My package i paied over 400 dollars for and getting no help after i submitted requests for things then calling and getting nothing.

The lady in the front is horrible job. She’s very bad for customer service.
