- MPMya P6 days ago1.0I just called to get help with my package stuck in transit, they put me on the line with a guy and he said “im gonna need a tracking number” I said okay and i asked if he was ready for it and he said “one second just let me get on my computer” and after a few seconds he just hung up. not great with help at all. also to mention the fact my package has been in transit since the 11th i think they need to work on that, is USPS walking my package or what? My package i paied over 400 dollars for and getting no help after i submitted requests for things then calling and getting nothing.

- TGtea GargoneJun 29, 20251.0When did it become ok to not even try to do your job? I had a mailman leave a note for a letter the was supposed to be signed for in the mailbox. I was home all day and he didn’t even try to open the gate or knock on the door. I have him on camera putting the pre written note (never stopped to write anything) in the mailbox. He knew he wasn’t stopping before he was anywhere near my house.

Some handy tips: - Avoid the line for the counter if you can do the shipping from the automated kiosk - Get eye contact with someone and indicate you're just dropping off and they'll usually grab the package next -if you see anyone poking their head out of the half door, they can usually handle a package/letter pick up faster than the line
