    I can not say enough good things about the print and marketing employees at Staples in Leominster. I ordered my Christmas cards and when I went to pick them up I noticed that I didnt edit them correctly. Jim and his team jumped right in and said don't worry let's fix this and we will reprint!!! Are you kidding me? thank you thank you thank you!!! It was 100% my fault and this team made it right!!!

    Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Self print machines don’t work. Manager ignores you unless you wait half hour like the old man next to me or leave the store. Unacceptable

    Guy driving the box truck are you sure he is ok to drive that size truck? If I had to guess it’s his first time and ether no one trained him or he just don’t care.
