    Had the best experience with Yvette. I called in for help since we haven't received mail in two weeks and there was bad phone issues. I called back and had the same issue. Only to have Yvette call me!!! She was able to help answer my questions and found some of our mail as well. She went above and beyond

    I’ve tried several times for a money order dispute and they do not help, the supervisor or manager Juliani Jaspe is absolutely useless. She does not even want to come to the desk when I try to resolve an issue with a Big$ money order. They keep giving me a phone number, but it’s Automated with nobody to talk to about my issue and then when I tell the girl at the counter, I already called the number four times. She said that’s all they can do. I used your service for everything between buying the money order, mailing it and paying extra for a money order inquiry. With ZERO results. Looks like Small Claims Court it will be

    I was aggressively attacked by a female employer named Johanna. she's extraordinary with her mouth. she's a mouthy little bit. isn't she? happy holidays honey. calm down. it's not that serious ❤️ 2.4 Stars come on. come on. stars I think it speaks for itself. I don't think we need to go into elaboration of how good or bad this place is 2.4 Stars. I mean hello, wake up and smell the morning coffee. I don't think these people are very respectful of consumers if this is what's going on

    I’m giving 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After reading so many negative comments from the past. I felt the need to leave a positive review… I frequent this post office almost weekly. Every encounter I have ever had in the recent year has been overall positive, and shown me how much their customer service has improved! They deserve recognition for this! Naturally their is long wait times, but people need to learn more patience, or arrive earlier knowing their typically busy… Understanding they need to service many customers, sometimes with challenges, and stop making it all about yourselves... Keeping in mind; not to do your errand at the last minute, then expect them to rush just because you didn’t have good time management!!! Giving them problems, and attitude if it’s not their fault is really unfair to the postal workers… How do you expect them to react to the community if you’re always bashing them? I wouldn’t have a smile toward rude behavior either! I personally like the workers I’ve interacted with in that particular office. I’ve always been treated with the utmost respect, and kindness when I’ve used their services. Keep up the good work! I APPRECIATE YOU 💞💫
