Every encounter I have ever had in the recent year has been overall positive, and shown me how much their customer service has improved! They deserve recognition for this! Naturally their is long wait times, but people need to learn more patience, or arrive earlier knowing their typically busy… Understanding they need to service many customers, sometimes with challenges, and stop making it all about yourselves... Keeping in mind; not to do your errand at the last minute, then expect them to rush just because you didn’t have good time management!!! Giving them problems, and attitude if it’s not their fault is really unfair to the postal workers… How do you expect them to react to the community if you’re always bashing them? I wouldn’t have a smile toward rude behavior either! I personally like the workers I’ve interacted with in that particular office. I’ve always been treated with the utmost respect, and kindness when I’ve used their services. Keep up the good work! I APPRECIATE YOU 💞💫
