    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I just went in and dealt with a middle aged man with a buzzed/bald cut. I didn’t get his name unfortunately. First I came in and said hello-he didn’t respond. I then walked up to the counter where he could clearly hear me and said how are you today? And he responded with what do you need? I said I am sending this package and I need a book of stamps. He pulled up the stamps and from where I was standing, they looked like the Valentine’s Day love stamps and I said are those the love stamps? He responded-I don’t know, they’re all I have! As if I was a terrible person for even asking the question.Then he scans my package and the stamps. I wait a minute and it looks like I can tap my card, so I asked if I can go ahead and he replies - just wait! Again with an irritated and Frustrated tone. So I wait and the light finally goes on so I tapped my card, a survey comes up with three different faces red for bad, yellow for neutral, and green for great. Before I can do anything, he quickly reaches over the counter taps, the green smiley face, and I said did you just take my survey for me? And he said well you just swiped your card for me. That makes no sense because it is a self service machine not one where you hand your card to the employee, and I Felt the need to say to him - that’s too bad because I would not have chosen the same face that you did. So I’m writing this survey now because he is knowingly fudging his survey response numbers by selecting for the customer, which is outrageous and unethical. This is not an individual that should be working with customers. I then get in my car and tell my daughter and her friend how horrible this gentleman was and my daughter‘s friend said “oh my gosh is it the guy with the buzz cut?” I said yes, she says - I know I went in there last week and he was so mean to me. Why is the post office allowing employees like this to be working for them? I was in there on Tuesday, February 24 at around 3:30 PM if you need to look up who was scheduled at the front desk.

    I haven’t received mail since October, I was told to speak to the postmaster. I did several times I was in there every morning for a week trying to get a hold of him because he was never in the building. How is it that you are in charge of the post office and manage it but are never in the building. The employees are incredibly rude too, having stated I’m not allowed to come back in person. You as a postal service are at this point withholding my mail. I did a legal address change in October. There are no mail boxes outside my house only a big box at the end of the street. I was supposed to be assigned one of those and get a call from the postmaster when I could start getting mail and get a box key. That was in January. I have been trying since then to get a hold of somone via the phone as I’m not trying to have legal issues for simply asking for my mail. I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes today alone trying yet again to find a solution for my mail. It’s been nearly six months my car insurance wants to cancel because they don’t think I have legal accommodations for living my ebt was shut off because I couldn’t verify and never got the recertification paperwork. I have missed all the cards from family over the holidays. My aunt has cancer and tried sending me a card and I still have yet to see it because it wasn’t returned to sender either. So where is my mail going???? It’s not getting sent back and it’s not going to me. I don’t have a P.O. Box or mail box what is the solution here???? How do I fix this??? I just want my mail!
