There were many people in the post office waiting to do passport applications, and there was a long line of people since this resulted in some short staffing. Keith was very professional and positive, showing no signs of frustration and had a great attitude. He was extremely efficient when helping me, showing me what forms to fill out and still helping the customer behind me and keeping the line moving. I had a great experience and a great start to my day! Thank you Keith.
