- KFKaisha FranciscoNov 10, 20251.0This employee is so miserable! One week she closed the window in my face mid conversation. I overheard that she had to switch shifts to be able to pick up her autistic child for early dismissal. As a mother myself, I chose my battles that day. This week she was being so rude to a man who came in for a money order, scolding him for putting the stamp in the wrong place. There was clearly a language barrier, yet she still talked about him while assisting me after he had already walked away. I told her “maybe he doesn’t know English or can’t read”, she said “he’s my regular and I wasn’t talking to you.” She needs an attitude adjustment possibly even therapy. Instead of criticizing she could have taken that moment to politely teach “her regular customer” where the stamp goes for future reference. As for me, I’ll take the drive to the East Longmeadow post office where they’re more pleasant. Hire compassionate and professional people to work who actually value customer service. Nobody wants to encounter condescending, rude, passive aggressive, and unprofessional people when they come into any establishment.
