  They are always very fast and know how to address any issues or questions. I have never had to wait in line for a long time either. The store is set up well and always stocked and well-staffed.

  Great experience at this UPS Store! My fragile shipment was handled with so much care, and the return process was quick and painless. Everything felt easy and well taken care of. Nia was incredibly helpful, friendly, and detail oriented, she provided truly excellent customer service all around.

  A package of mine was lot and the team at this store was amazing at not only holding onto the package for so long but being courteous enough to make sure it ended up in the right place. Huge shoutout to Jared who works there, many times I’ve called other locations and they’ve just told me to look at the tracking link online and that’s it but he went above and beyond to help me locate my package. Great service.
