  Tsa precheck way in the back left, not well labled kind of have to look for it, but other than that, its a Staples. There were pens.

  I visited the Hyannis Staples location today and had an extremely disappointing experience with the store manager, Nancy. At checkout, I asked to split my purchases and have the rewards points applied to the email on my account with the highest balance (I have both a personal and work email). This is a simple request that has been handled easily and professionally at other Staples locations, including the Orleans store. Instead of helping, Nancy became visibly irritated, raised her voice, and spoke to me in a dismissive and unprofessional manner. When I calmly asked why she was giving me attitude, she turned it around and told me that I was the one giving her attitude, which was both inappropriate and uncalled for. After completing the transaction, she didn’t even offer a bag for my purchases. Another basic part of customer service that was completely overlooked. As someone who works in customer service, I found this interaction unacceptable. A manager should set the standard for professionalism, and this was the opposite. Nancy’s behavior and communication style are not suitable for someone in a customer-facing leadership role. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The difference between this location and others is clear. The staff at the Orleans Staples are consistently helpful, respectful, and customer-focused, which makes this experience even more frustrating. I have already filed a complaint with Staples, and I will not be returning to the Hyannis location. Experiences like this damage customer trust and brand loyalty.

  Drove to the store on Friday to pay for an item that isn't in-stock and was promised "1 business day delivery." Just received notification that the product won't be here until Wednesday... after the event that I need it for. When I called the store they said, "not sure why it's taking longer but you can return it to the store for a refund." More hours spent at my expense! DON'T BELIEVE 1 BUSINESS DAY PROMISE. :(

  As a graphic designer, I loved creating these custom birthday invitations. Designing the theme and seeing the finished printed product come together was so rewarding. This is the final result! Photo is just an example.

  I had a great experience and the Hyannis staples. I purchased a printer and was assisted by a very knowledgeable staff member. I usually always go to this particular staples, and I’m always pleased, highly recommend recommended.
