- RBRhizlane BelrhazouaniMar 12, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience returning a package today. I came to return an item I purchased from Walmart. Walmart provided me with a QR return code and instructed me to bring the package to FedEx so they could scan the code and accept the return. The item originally arrived to me in its original product box only (no outer shipping box). I brought it back exactly the same way I received it. However, the employee refused to accept it and told me it had to be inside another box and that I would have to pay for packaging. I explained multiple times that I received the item exactly like this and that Walmart instructed me to bring it directly with the QR code. I even went back home, wrapped the box in protective plastic, and returned again during my work break. They still refused to take it unless I paid for a box. This caused me to make two unnecessary trips and wasted a lot of my time. I also felt like I was not being believed when I explained how the item was delivered to me. I hope management reviews this situation and clarifies the correct return procedure for QR code returns so customers are not put in this situation again.

I told the driver and as I went out to tell him I couldn't out of get my gate with the package blocking it he blocks my driveway even though he's been told not to. Horrible Staffing would never use
