Firstly, I should preface this review by saying that the gentleman who did help me was great. He was kind, respectful, and provided me with the guidance I needed. The lady who was working this evening was so unbelievably rude and condescending that it left me standing in shock. Her belittling behaviour didn't end with me, unfortunately, as several others were spoken to with as much respect as you'd give a mosquito. I understand that she must deal with some difficult people in the run of a day but at least give people the benefit of the doubt. I have never received such horrendous customer service in my life.
