He broke out a ruler and scolded me for being off by an inch. I just got an upcharge from UPS for it. Listen buddy, I ship thousands of packs per year domestic and Int'l. You just lost a solid customer. Regular UPS would never do this. I'll be letting all business owners at Rotary, the Chamber and BNI about this cheapskate move, and to go elsewhere. Best of luck to your parents but you can beat it.
