While I might have been held up because the woman ahead of me was having some kind of a change of address crisis that held the window open beyond service hours, Tanya continued to assist her without getting obviously frustrated or upset with the person. Postal workers regularly have to deal with a lot of unkind and thoughtless people. It's nice to know our office doesn't forget that the person on the other side is human.

Our mail is delivered to the wrong address or completely lost about every 2 weeks or so. This is absolutely no exaggeration. My husband has repeatedly gone down to the Huntington Post Office to speak with the post master. This guy is the most unprofessional piece of work I have ever seen. He was smirking and giggling while my husband tried to explain the issue of lost mail. We have also filed official complaints on the U.S.P.O. website, Still nothing is done! This is not just our mail, most people I've talked to in Huntington share this frustration. Tonight a very expensive package was delivered to the wrong address. Email and text messages say it was delivered to our front door. No package. It's Friday after 4pm, so I'll have to deal with this b.s. tomorrow. But Nothing will be done! If I could leave a review of zero stars i definitely would!

They won't take the time or effort to double check mail. I've had important bills and packages returned to the sender. Had our tax return put in the wrong PO box. Have screen shots of a worker from the post office making demeaning comments on Facebook about town residents. Recently had packages that were birthday gifts for my daughter returned to sender because the company did not acknowledge my PO BOX. Any other time items could be held and put aside knowing someone would be there to pick up the package. Very unprofessional, will be getting the district involved.
