- BKbrian kleinFeb 17, 20261.0This is becoming more frequent than ever! They deliver mail when they want to, and have too many excuses for not delivering. Checking the emails and it says we have mail, then wouldn’t you know it, box is empty! They used to be very good, but something has changed. And god forbid you call the Huntington post office, cause they’re snotty and rude. This does NOT include Chester post office, they are very nice and try to help in every way they can.

While I might have been held up because the woman ahead of me was having some kind of a change of address crisis that held the window open beyond service hours, Tanya continued to assist her without getting obviously frustrated or upset with the person. Postal workers regularly have to deal with a lot of unkind and thoughtless people. It's nice to know our office doesn't forget that the person on the other side is human.
- NCNadina CULLENMar 28, 20251.0I'm so tired of having my mail and packages delivered to the wrong address or lost entirely. We have filed claim after claim and nothing is done about this problem. Our mail is delivered to the wrong address or completely lost about every 2 weeks or so. This is absolutely no exaggeration. My husband has repeatedly gone down to the Huntington Post Office to speak with the post master. This guy is the most unprofessional piece of work I have ever seen. He was smirking and giggling while my husband tried to explain the issue of lost mail. We have also filed official complaints on the U.S.P.O. website, Still nothing is done! This is not just our mail, most people I've talked to in Huntington share this frustration. Tonight a very expensive package was delivered to the wrong address. Email and text messages say it was delivered to our front door. No package. It's Friday after 4pm, so I'll have to deal with this b.s. tomorrow. But Nothing will be done! If I could leave a review of zero stars i definitely would!
