He shows up and the woman, who he booked an appointment with the week before, only takes his photo and sends him on his way. He goes back to do the application and she says that he needs to make a seperate appointment for that. Either she's incredibly incompetent or just blatantly rude. The other USPS associates here are helpful and kind, however, this woman should not be working here.

I could have sworn by law that supposed to at least pass by your house to make sure that there's not a package to be delivered. I guess I was wrong
