  BEWARE!!!!!! RUDE<Charge you for things as an amazon customer when you bring back amazon returns. Someone at this store said "I don't want you here away!" Don't want me here as customer just dropping of things Really so rude and unprofessional ! they will just write back this : You did call us and hang up on us without letting us help you. You inquired about the USPS which is Post Office drop off. We do offer the post office drop offs at no charge just for the convenience of our valuable customers. Because we are the mailbox store and mailman comes every day to drop off our mails and pickup whatever we have from the people. What we believe that you were trying to track the package on the UPS website, so you were not able to find any tracking history. Kindly track the package on USPS website and still if does not show any history, you can come in our store or you can visit Hudson Post Office for further help. or they will come back to say something else to blame customers and they will never apologize: just blame others You are not addressing the customer problems. you just continue to be rude and unprofessional to customers. Why should anyone else go here!!!!!!

  Staff was helpful and patient buy just beware the notary and witness fees are excessive! We paid $20 for each notarized document and $20 for each witness signature. My bad, I researched afterwards and found out the notary charges and witness signatures are much less everywhere else, we probably paid 20x times more than what we would have paid anywhere else. We also made an appointment on Saturday and I called and they told me the staff wasn’t there, I would not go back to get notarized documents here.

  Family run UPS is great! They always take such care in re-packaging my items. They're kind, thoughtful, and best experience yet at a ups/fedex/usps store!

  I use this UPS for everything. The staff is friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. The store is clean and extremely convenient - it sits right off the highway where 290 meets 495. They’re also stocked with shipping materials and it’s the most convenient way to make Amazon returns - especially since I don’t have to repackage anything. They’re really just the best.

  I had a shipment routed to UPS store because I was not sure if I'm home to receive it. The information from UPS was perfectly clear and up-to-date so I went to UPS Store at 10 Technology Drive in Hudson, MA. I was quite surprised though when the clerk told me that I have to pay $10. For what? Come to find out they charge 10 bucks to have somebody to use their store to pick up the shipment. It doesn't show on any UPS-related info on their website, and the clerk told me that it was his manager order. No documentation was provided. Al;so, I was surprised that there was no clerk's name on the receipt, just the manager's name as a cashier. And the manager was not around when I was picking up my shipment. It seems to me that there is a wide possibility for a fraud in that place.
