The driver for Winter St should be fired. I had a package delivered. It was 5x5x5. He jamned it into the mailbox so tightly that I had to get a knife, cut the box open, remove the contents, then cut up the rest of the box to remove it. We get the wrong mail at least twice a week. And the mailbox near me has a broken hinge. It closes just fine with one hinge, but the driver refuses to shut the door. Especially on rainy days. Tell them to stop being a prima donna and pay more attention to where they're delivering.

Convenient location. Depending on the day/time of the visit, there can be a wait time. Service is slow but staff is friendly. Plenty of parking and easy access.

Tried calling the number provided to redeliver and it didn't understand one response I gave it. "I'm sorry, but I didn't get ..." Tried twice then gave up.

In the past few months I have had poor delivery service at my Hopkinton address. (things are delivered late or not at all) What's happened to the good service the post office advertises about?? I think I`ll have to use UPS for holiday shopping to make sure all gets to their destination. Very disappointed that this post office isn't better.
Since initial review, service has improved and is even being delivered earlier in the day, a real bonus. Happy for any improvements.
Update 2023, Things have improved this year. My local carrier even drops off my mail if he is also making a delivery on my street. This is thoughtful and much appreciated. It's the little things that count.
