Although I'm still puzzled how I had 2 different papers w 2 different tracking #'s to pick-up but only received 1 item. Later my husband apso told me his mail, "Couldn't be delivered" which happens way more often than I've thought possible. After getting back home from bringing our kids across the state for some medical appts, I checked the mailbox & it was empty. Its not like there was so much junk mail crammed inside the sucker that nothing else could be stuffed into it, like fistfulls of stuffing into a Thanksgiving turkeys backend. I dread getting summoned to the Hinsdale Post Office because of the absolutely miserable female that they have as their "Face" for all customer service. She is misersble every single time I have encountered her. After living here for years, last winter we stopped getting mail delivery bc the snow had to be cleared a specified amount of feet before & after the mailbox, it was like 8', I came in 4 times with pictures of it cleared, each time her telling me its not good enough. The last time it was almost June, snow was barely trace amounts left, all road surface was visible, and still she refused to remove the hold. I had to walk away. She should not be dealing with the public if she has such contempt for people in general. I go out of my way to be nice to everyone, especially when they're working, because I know how it feels to get treated like crap on the job. I had never said a rude word, or even made an indication of a frown in her general direction. FYI if you see the plain looking lady w shoulder length dark blonde hair at the counter, leave & go to a different post office.

So once again, Winter is here, and I will be extremely lucky to get any of my mail delivered to my address. Which is very difficult because of the hours i work. This is completely unacceptable from a United States postal service.
