I have completed changes of address carefully from Mass to Florida, giving the date it should stop and checked with staff at post office that it was completed correctly....but those people who deliver mail... continually ignore the change and send my mail back to post office and sender! It is very disheartening and wonder why this is happening... Patricia Berlan

I usually put off going to the post office because of how rude people can be. This was my first time in this location and was very happy with my experience! I'm not sure the woman's name, but hope she gets recognize for how nice and helpful she was!
