The old white lady was very rude to my POC family members who got it done at this location and was complaining about irrelevant things about my family. Everyone's situation is different and no employee should be doing that. They waited hours past the appointment time. If you hate your job retire or quit... don't project your sad life on others. Shame on you!

He also said he got a complaint by a customer because he’s swearing at the counter and he got in trouble for it unbelievable.
