- BWBonnie WoolleyMay 2, 20251.0I went to bradford post office, I usually go to my town post office, Groveland, but I had business in the area, so I went here, BIG MISTAKE, I had bought a sympathy card for a friend and there was a cross with it, worried that it might get caught in the sorting machine I put it in a padded envelope. She charged me over five dollars, and the card didn't even cost that, I told her it's a card, she says, "What's that thing raised I said you know the cards that have the little crosses attached or other trinkets, I thought she'd change it to the 1.30, she didn't. Under the post office code, it wasn't over the height limit, width, or length limit to qualify it as a parcel, she makes up her own rules and she's destroy the only people left willing to support the postal service. I send 75 to 100 cards at Christmas, I send Easter cards, Valentine's Day cards, Mother Days, and Birthday cards, I buy stamp blocks, and this woman her has made me rethink my support, she shouldn't be working the counter or dealing with the people. I will not be going back to this post office until she is gone. I see i am not the only one who has had problems with her. That is sad, I hope they do something about it because I could have easily gone through Amazon, and I'm seriously thinking about it for the coming holidays. And she didn't give me a receipt, I think I was so astonished and speechless that I just left, when she said ok, it's alset, I'm pretty sure she didn't give me the receipt because the weight would of shown it was way under the weight for a parcel. Im so taken back by her behavior, how many other people has she fone this to?
