- HOHelen ODonnellMay 12, 20251.011 packages for the Postal Service Food Drive are STILL sitting downstairs at 253 Ayer Road, DAYS AFTER the pickup was scheduled. I called the post office this AM before the delivery and then went over to the post office in this afternoon in person and was PROMISED the bags would be picked up. These bags can attract rats and mice just sitiing downstairs. The building manager told me there were ant traps set right around the corner from the bags. What a waste of time. Try to do something nice for someone. I won't be participating next year.

A package was scheduled for delivery and was listed as still in the post office. We drove down to the office a half hour before closing and the supervisor refused to check our package. She then insulted us and called us ridiculous for having the audacity to ask to check a package that was still on location. If I could give zero stars I would. She should be fired.
