She also knows my box number secondhand and has my packages ready when she sees me coming from the parking lot. She is very helpful and the definition of great customer service. There should be more postal workers like her.

I would recommend going to a surrounding town's post office. EB and Whitman have great locations with helpful/friendly staff!
