- MCMichael CarrOct 21, 20255.0I ship packages from here a lot and this is probably the most efficient post office I’ve ever been to. Today, I stopped by to inquire about a package that the tracking number said had been delivered but that I hadn’t received yet. The gentleman working in the mail room told me they didn’t have it there but that he’d reach out to the carrier and make sure it was delivered. Sure enough, one hour later, at 5:30pm I saw the mail truck coming up to my house and there they were with my packages. Exceptional experience all around! I thought those were lost.

- SSSparkyDec 27, 20191.0I was just in the post office and witnessed the rudeness of one of the clerks to an elderly gentleman. He was both hard of hearing and his English was not as clear as I'm sure the clerk would have preferred. The clerk was absolutely rude and clearly showed her distain for the customer. She should not be working with the public. At the very least she needs customer service training. No one should be treated as rudely as the post office clerk treated a customer. There was no need. He was the polite one.
