Because Staples couldn't meet the set deadline for completion, the in-store Staples staff at the Great Barrington location got to work and compiled my entire order in-store with their own materials and manpower! This was an incredible show of customer care and the staff were unbelievably helpful in making sure everything was made to the correct specifications. A special thank you to BETH who was back and forth on the phone with me for two days to figure this out. Thank you also to the Store Manager, Derrick, and his team, who put all hands on deck to physically prepare my print order in time for me to pick it up. The customer service and dedication from this store was incredible! Thank you Staples!!!
