Now the issue is other people's mail in our mail-box. I also had a "certified" letter with a cashiers check in it delivered to the wrong address and signed for by the wrong person! How is that even possible? The person I dealt with was actually very nice, but it then took several more visits and several attempts by the PO before they could retrieve the certified letter and deliver it to me. Should the postmaster general pay a visit?
