- HCHelen CymbalaDec 22, 20235.0I am surprised at the bad reviews - I go here instead of my own PO because the people at Boxford are inept. Lose mail when it's been held, leave a note to pick up a package and then take it out again so I can't pick it up, or leave packages lying in the snowbank. Give incorrect info about hold requests. Haven't had a problem in Georgetown.

Apparently the mailman gets lazy and decides to not deliver to me and lists the reason as "Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location." There is nothing blocking the access. I don't live in a gated community either. Ridiculous.
