I put my outgoing mail in my mailbox and yet, still there 2 days later. Why do i get mail, but the mail i need to send, time sensitive sometimes, doesnt get taken? I clip the mail to the front of my mailbox presumably thinking that the mail carrier would see it, but 'no'. 3rd day, mail still clipped to outside of mailbox for all to see.... except the postal carrier. Come on folks!!

Customer service was rude, laughed, and said our house is a problem house. They refused to even attempt to look into my mail and packages until I gave them individual tracking numbers. They refused to deliver our mail and packages after a week of clear weather due to "snow and ice" even when there are 2 shoveled paths for them in what little snow we have left. I said well I didn't hit these paths with a toothbrush but come on, have you been outside? It's about as nice out as winters get up here. I was told to wait until it rains and shovel the slush. This location is in New England where it snows quite a bit. I wish I had a job that I could just choose not to do if the weather is not to my liking and still get paid. This has been a constant problem over the years. The carriers as well as the post office staff are some of the laziest and rudest people Gardner has to deal with. I'm sure that there may be some good workers, but the majority are absolutely terrible.
